One of the pillars of a successful organization is the conduct of regular productive meetings, which our Acting General Manager 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐫. 𝐄𝐝𝐠𝐚𝐫 𝐃. 𝐃𝐢𝐚𝐳, has made a monthly practice, and last January 8, 2025, he held the first-ever meeting with Departments and Area Offices for the year 2025.
Engr. Edgar D. Diaz’s monthly meetings represents a significant step toward fostering collaboration and ensuring that all departments are aligned with the organization’s goals. Also, Engr. Edgar D. Diaz informed all employees about the status of CAPELCO’s financial status and operation, sharing also the good news about 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 ₱𝟐.𝟎𝟎 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐍𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒 𝐭𝐨 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓, new targets in the coming month, and memoranda issued about new policies and some vital information.
