CAPELCO Leaders Engage with Dapdapan Community in Successful Barangay Assembly

The Dapdapan Barangay Council, led by Hon. Ignacia H. Santacera, successfully convened its Barangay Assembly Meeting on June 16, 2025, at the Dapdapan Covered Gym. The event featured a special guest team from CAPELCO’s Mambusao Area Office (MAO), consisting of Engr. Jerson Adio, Foreman; Ms. Annabelle Catalan, Information Officer; and Dir. (Engr.) Jovencio A. Villagracia, representing Sapian and Ivisan.
During the assembly, Dir. Villagracia delivered a comprehensive speech outlining the roles and responsibilities of CAPELCO Board members, introducing himself to the Member-Consumer Owners (MCOs). Engr. Adio shared technical insights into CAPELCO’s operations, while Ms. Catalan presented the BAPA rules and regulations, addressing questions and concerns from the attendees.
In a heartwarming gesture, Dir. Villagracia organized a raffle draw, distributing tokens, umbrellas, and kilos of rice to the Dapdapan Barangay Council members, bringing joy to the constituents.
